His Poema

Freedom From the Pain

Pure yet battered
What's the matter
Why do you cry
I can't say goodbye

Pain bears through
What can I do
To ease the hurt
Wash away the dirt

Hunger disintegrates
Anger is not fate
You cannot be blamed
For the rage inflamed

Loneliness grows deep
Horror continues to heap
Nowhere left to hide
Nothing left but pride

One person can help
Ease pain and guilt
He'll hold your hand
Carry you and take a stand

He's already given his life
For the sins that caused strife
All we have to do is accept
Forgiveness for our debts

God sent Jesus Christ
To heal the hurt of life
Eternal life is the prize
When we look into his eyes
